I won a $10 certificate too and found a really cute pattern I wanted that was $10. It is a downloadable pattern so figured it would be free, no shipping required. Tried to use the certificate number and got a message saying it was invalid. Sent them an email but have not heard back yet. Good luck in using yours.

I won a $10 gift certificate to a LQS and bought a sewing machine on impulse.

It's only $10, use it.....needles, safety pins, thread. If you can't use it, give it as a gift exchange.

This is what I thought !! Find out if they have any notions. There are always new things to add to our quilting stuff. Don't let it expire.

I've had the same problem in the past, but I can usually find something to make my DGD a dress, fabric for a Bow Tucks bag, or even just picking up a new ruler or other notions. I did let one expire and I'm sorry I did, but I ordered too late, my fault.

I had a similar one. I won a $100 gift certificate, but the catch was I had to spend $300 before I could use it. :(
