me and my hubby are discovering now that we are empty nesters and um, quite middle aged, that if we eat our biggest meal at lunch, and go light in the evenings, we can manage our weight better.
I vote for crockpot too.
I use mine often.
...and if that doesn't work...there's a rumor, that I started, that Mousie has an al-kabong pan for misbehaving hubbies :lol: :lol: :lol:
