I bet it gets interesting at your house when they are practicing. Or is that something they only do at the gym. I have a lot of respect for the skill but do not know more about it than I see on T.V.. I know it is a grand accomplishment and congratulations to each of them.

They take class 4 times a week so they mostly practice at the school. When it gets close to testing time they do practice some at home, mostly weapons and board breaks.

Excellent! Sounds like you have wonderful and talent children. As you already know it requires immense hardwork to get to that rank.
