If you don't mind, I'll copy yours for my screen saver. I grew up in northen Indiana and definitely miss the fall ... and the colors like the VT pic. Enjoyed everybody's pics as I now live in the high desert of AZ. Not too many hardwoods around here.

So that's what they look like - we've been out west 3 times and have never managed to see the Tetons in the daytime. Beautiful picture!

I took this several weeks ago on our vacation to North Carolina - Fall was just beginning to peep out. It was wonderful to walk the mountain paths when it was still very hot in Florida!

Indian Summer means foods that are found, like these Puffball Toadstools, fried in butter, "Mmmmmmm, Mmmmmm, Mmmmmm"

Explain those to me... I just found a boat load of those in my yard and had absolutely no idea what fungus they were. :)
