She ate a pice of pie I was about to take a picture of wile I was geting bateries...(I took the picture anyway it is cuite)she rolled in mud at grandmas house, and needed a bath after helping pick blueberries.she is sleaping now so I think she is done with baths for the night. That's soo funny!! When my son was little and he had a bath I always would put baby powder on him. Well, one day we had a fish fry, flour, cornmeal, etc. After dinner, before clean-up, went into FR to relax for a couple of minutes. Realized I hadn't seen son. Went into kitchen and he was about 1 1/2yrs at this time. He somehow got the flour bag down and was sitting in the cornor rubbing flour all over him. It was absolutely everywhere!!!  I gave bath while ex-H got the shop vac!! What an ordeal!!  Still can picture this!!

LMBO I give him an A for effort :D:D:D

Many years ago, as a tired single mom who had
laid down for a nap, I felt a little hand lifting my eyelid and one little 4 year old calmly saying to the 5 year old, "Let's not tell Mom the gold fish don't like corn meal." Of course that woke me up instantly...the gold fish bowl was half full of corn meal, with a rather bewildered fish trying to avoid the new little mountain in his bowl. Then there was the time they were fighting and burst a bag of pinto beans, and a tired mommy told them to pick up every one of them. The last one of them was picked up but the garbage was already taken out, so the oldest, at 5 years old, didn't have a pocket so of course stuck that last bean up her nose. A couple of days later it had swelled up so I took her to the doctor, who removed her swollen and starting to grow bean at great expense... Ahh, kids. The further back things happened, the more fun I remember having. |

Oh my! My husband and I chuckled with you. I hope you were able to hold it in while your little guy was telling you it was all okay!!! I have tiled countertops too and the best thing I can suggest is to use a toothpick or shishkabob stick. Sorry, don't have anything better that won't damage the seal on the grout. You have to give him credit though, he did try. But I'm sure he will forever remember you don't clean up flour with water.
