Ellen Mauer-Stroh has a beautiful free 2012 "Antique Sampler" at:
http://www.maurer-stroh.com/project2...roduction.html January, February & March are all available. After going to the downloads page, click the desired month at the bottom of the page. She also has a cross stitch board, from which you can download free designs; you do have to register. She only allows you to download 5 per/day. That day is 24hrs + at least one minute after the last design you download today. I just kept at it every day and downloaded them all. Her designs are available in several formats; the machine embroidery designs are at the bottom of the page: http://www.cross-stitch-board.com/forum/downloads.php |
Here are a few more ...
http://www.designsbysick.com/ Click on "Search design sets by keyword" and then in the "Search below list for:" box, type "cross" and hit enter. You'll find a few cross stitch sets, mixed in with "cross" sets. http://www.beckyjdesigns.com/services.html Becky J. Designs only has cross stitch designs. Samples can be found by clicking "Read more" under "Free stuff". http://www.artisticthreadworks.com Artistic Thread Works has a number of cross stitch designs. Click on "Designs" at the top of the page and then "Cross-Stitch". There may be others mingled in amongst newer designs as I think they stopped categorizing designs by stitch type. |
Machine cross stitch.
[QUOTE=Penville12483;5021079]Hello everyone. This is Penny from Topeka. I've been quilting since 2000 and yes I'm addicted : ) I have a Bernina 200E and am looking for some cross stitch that has been digitized so I can do it by machine.
Does anyone know of any site that offers machine cross stitch? This is a wonderful information site so thoughtt I'd throw this out. Thank you all.[/QUOTE Check out Artistic Thread Works.com. They do have some cross stitch patterns, I know. Haven't tried any as yet, but thought I might the next time I do some downloading. You might be interested in their entire program.. It's different than most. Good luck and have fun. Marge L. |
Penny, I was trying to decide if I should PM you or post. But since some of these can be used as quilts or wall hangings, I decided to post it.
Here are some beautiful sites. I have done some of the designs. I was just looking them up for a friend the other day. http://www.vsccs.com/ME/ME-Main.htm http://www.vsccs.com/Sample%20Design...leDesigns.html http://www.purplehat.co.za/DesignCat...yNeedleKit.htm http://www.purplehat.co.za/DesignCat...aNeedleKit.htm http://www.purplehat.co.za/DesignCat...eNeedleKit.htm http://www.purplehat.co.za/DesignCat...iQuilts4x4.htm http://www.maurer-stroh.com/ dawn227 |
