This is a great idea for when the recipe calls for several yolks. I am going to try it and see at Christmas baking time.

Wonderful! I had to try it immediately and had so much fun, we ate eggs for breakfast!
I will use this in my Science classes to teach density, semi-permable membranes etc.
The kids will love it. Kitchen Chemistry - Science is Everywhere. :)

I am amazed that the yolk didn't break after several transfers. Cool idea!
