I'm in -- I just need to have a daily nudge and inspiration to reach my goal -- I did my BMI this week and I should get rid of at least 20 pounds.

I am in also.. and I love mim's way of thinking..get rid of.. not lose...as we do not want to find it again. I had to many things happen in the last year and I have gained 30 pounds..on top of the being over weight to start with. I switched jobs (not near as active now), stopped smoking April 8th, 2011... and the summer was way to hot for me to enjoy being outside. Soooo I have my work cut out for me.. lets gooooooo....

I'm in, I'll make sure to post my weight on the first too. Having to write down the number is big motivation for it to change. LOL
