I'm off to meet my consultant with my list !

Debbie C 06-22-2011 12:46 PM

I have the big rectangular stone meant to make cookies, but I use it to make sicilian pizza!! It's the best!

I have the small one with one handle - holds about 1 1/2 quarts. If you have a family, I would say go for the larger one. Oh, I forgot until now, but my MOST Favorite thing is the rice cooker.....used it A LOT!! You can even bake a LAVA cake in the microwave in it!!

The little brown scrubbers come with the stoneware. (You can usually get extras)I like the purple scraper. Scraps off the counter without damaging it. Great when I knead bread. My husband loves the meat tenderizer. He makes fantastic chicken fried steak or swiss steak. The flat side is great for flattening boneless chicken breast so it all cooks evenly. I really like the little paring knives. I think they are 2/$3. They're pans are awesome.

Mine is not stoneware but glass. It's larger than 9x13. I've had it for years and use it for lasagna, turkey, chicken, all types of family style casseroles. This is the best Lasagna Dish Ever. Hopefully they still have it for you!

Rubber mats -good. Brown scrapers -good for outer car mirrors in winter. Can opener -hated it. Fry pans -love. Chopper -hate. Cookie press -hate. Little paring knives and the bigger 'green' knives -love. I used my 50% off on the fry pans, or use on the priciest items.

Iove the measuring cups, can see the amount you want from the top, no bending down to see the measurement.

amazon 06-22-2011 04:30 PM

I love my handi chopper and the batter bowls too. And the stoneware is great also.

YES. those are it. Love those things.

meanmom 06-23-2011 04:01 AM

Those little brown scrapers are awesome. My kids bake cheesy bread and burn cheese on pans all the time. It scraped it right off. I also love the little serving spatulas. Almost everything in the catalog is awesome. Love PC

caspoohbear 06-23-2011 04:08 AM

salad choppers- don't use for lettuce, but cooked chicken in a bowl, chops up so quick without having to hang onto the chicken! Great for cutting up the parts of a salad other than lettuce!
Be careful if you get the stacking cooling racks though, I had one break & collapse and ruin the food, pans and floor, and they wouldn't do anything for my losses.

Love the pizza stone and the orange peeler.

damaquilts 06-23-2011 05:13 AM

The measuring cups I love them the best I have ever seen. My brother is big into Pampered Chef. Went to a party I bought the chopper and I think its a waste of money. But the little thin cutting boards we use all the time.

kpfantz 06-23-2011 05:18 AM

Yes the stainless steel mix set is a good choice. If it were me I would get the new stainless strainer to. I love the small, med & large bar pans they work for everything. I use to sell PC and had every stone that they had at the time. All the products are awesome so anything you chose is worth it. Enjoy!!!

Connie in CO 06-23-2011 05:39 AM

I like the potato peeler.

grammyj 06-23-2011 05:45 AM

If you have problems opening jars, the jar opener is great. And I love the measuring cups.

carslo 06-23-2011 05:47 AM

Do they still have the pouring/mixing bowl with the lid? I love mine and now my daughter that is getting married wants one too.

Lyncat 06-23-2011 06:20 AM

The stainless bowl set would make an awesome half price item. They are an investment for your kitchen...will last forever! I use mine every day. I sold Pampered Chef for 13 years so I have about everything they make. I would also recommend the knives...the good ones!!

LOVE your avatar quilt!!!! And I'm too late for the Pampered Chef suggestion. I need a small metal spatula, mine broke and I can't find another one. I really used it and miss it!

Scissor Queen 06-23-2011 06:40 AM

I love the little opener thing. It pops the seal on pickle type jars so they're easy to open plus it opens pop top cans and regular bottle tops.

starrieyes55 06-23-2011 06:43 AM

My sister sells the stuff so I have "lots" of PC. Ther is a new manual food processor that is the best!!!! Don't know how I lived without one for so long.

I have about 80% of their catalog. Love it all

mstalnaker 06-23-2011 07:20 AM

The round Utensil holder for spatulas, wooden cooking spoons, etc. Saves taking up space in your drawers. Also, love the batter bowls cause of the covers, you can store in the fridge. The green knives are wonderful. garlic press, and small metal spatula. I love my PC stuff.

rn2wendt 06-23-2011 09:35 AM

everybody has to have the green tomato knife, it cuts fabulous. a must for every kitchen.

svenskaflicka1 06-23-2011 09:54 AM

love the nylon pan scrapers!! love my pastry cutter, too--much easier to use than the old one. there's a great tart or sandwich maker, too--it presses the edges shut like a "stamp".

the silicone spatulas are wonderful, too--high melting point, and there is no joint where liquids can get between the handle and the scraping part and contaminate the next thing you make.

jad1044 06-23-2011 10:01 AM

The scrapers are great - used my medium sized one for cleaning up the pan when I made jam, great!!! And they can withstand high degrees of heat - so can stir your jam or ? without worrying about the spatula melting or distorting.

momcpo 06-23-2011 10:02 AM

Definitely the stoneware. LOVE it

jmanghamom 06-23-2011 10:46 AM

ButtermilkMama 06-23-2011 10:49 AM

BettyGee 06-23-2011 04:58 PM

That stone is my go to for so many things and I agree that little brown scraper doo dad is wonderful.

mamaw 06-23-2011 06:56 PM

I like the wire whisks, measuring cup that slides up and down, mini spatula, batter bowl, and the scoop for cookies. Their products are great quality and so much better than those you can buy in department stores.

mrs. fitz 06-23-2011 07:40 PM

What I use all the time - small thing that looks like a hair pick made to hold meat steady while you slice it. As I recall it costs almost nothing. Also love the batter bowl with cover.
