Having gone thru breast cancer, you have to find humor in the situation. Best of luck to you and your Hubby.

Lynn, you two just keep on laughing and proving all the doctors wrong! You are in our prayers.

It sounds like you better not clean out the closet till after the funeral! He has a way of not wanting to leave you and you might as well have patience in that department -he loves you and will laugh with you on such a serious matter - it might be what is helping him continue living as he knows his soulmate is making him happy!

Your sense of humor and commitment to live as "normal" a life as you can is probably why he has "lasted" so long!! Prayers that he is pain free and sticks around for many more years. I am sure you can find another place for your fabric!!

My husband passed away almost two years ago after a hard year long battle with CA. We used to joke about his wt loss. (78lbs) I told him I was not happy when his butt was littler that mine but when his weight dropped below me I was PO'd. We all miss him terribly but he never stopped being a friend and husband or family member. We went every day to treatments and them to the local coffee shop to meet friends. Now I take it one day at a time. Some days nothing gets done but it is always there to do the next day. I figure I can never die because there is too much to do yet.

Hugs, prayers and all good wishes to you both. I am happy you are able to cope so well!

Sending prayers your way. I came across a Quilters Last Will and Testament awhile ago and tweaked it. My DH read it and had tears in his eyes he was laughing so hard. He gets me. He gets my stuff. He has to! Here is a copy of it in a WORD document. Hope you can open it. Feel free to copy it and fill in the blanks. I posted mine in my 'sewing place'. Enjoy!
