NLB is the model listed on the manual. It also says in the description that it is light sewing and round robbin rotary.
It has a needle in it but says only use the rotary needles CC1221 made for this machine. I'm new at old machines but I think i love them and want them. But will have to wait for another free one.

I'm so glad you got them apart. Could you please post a pic of the machine. I would love to see it.

Steaming should work best. Prying them apart will only cause the ink to pull from one page to another. If water put them together, water will take them apart.

I just acquired the same machine but mine is in a cabinet. I did not have a manual with mine but was able to download one from here:

http://www.ismacs.net/newhome/manuals.html

The cc1221 needles are the same as 206x13 needles and are available online from various sources.

thank you. I havent had time to play with the machine yet. working too hard to make quilts for all my family. Finishing 2 sports ones for a 7 and 8 yo boys. starting a yellow, gray and black log cabin. Plan to clean the NH before the winter.

Great looking find, especially for the price.
