When I turn 50 (which is 12 years from tommorrow) and I'm still doing Martial Arts (I do Tae Kwon Do) I want to get a tattoo that says "Kick A** like a Girl" across my lower back. But that's still a far ways away.

I have 5, though they are in areas that I can conceal them should I want to, actually unless I tell you, most people don't think I have any. Ahhhh, to live over the days of my youth...

I agree!

LOL

that avatar pic is an actual temporary tattoo that my niece and i wear when we go to quilt shows.

we get stopped all the time as shows from ladies that want to buy them.

it became so much that i go with little sheets of paper with the web address written on them.

i also teach children to quilt thru the school system in my neighborhood and thru girl scouts and i give them all a tattoo when they complete their first project.

its a real motivator for them.

here's a link to the tattoo if any of you would like to buy one or more.

I got one started over a scar from a cancerous tumor removed. Big mistake. Hurt too much. Sort of a rose...lol
But when my lil sis passes all the family members are getting a tat with her name. Mine will be on my wrist under my watchband with a little crown and Mickey Mouse head.
My sis is 52, blind, Down Syndrome, with many medical problems, yet she gets up everyday and makes the most of her life. She was a great artist before she went blind.I love taking care of her, with the help of 2 providers and adult daycare.

No tats here. don't want to watch a pretty little rose bud turn into a long stemmed blob!
