Please share more of your stories. Have you published them in a book?

Lovely story. I have a friend who tells all her secrets , wishes, dreams and troubles to Miss Apple... A tree that has grown in her yard for a long time. She said it was her best friend. Never broke a confidence. :)

I find no fault with talking to a tree. Makes sense to me...and like she said...never broke a confidence!

thanks alfosa

I wish I were. I self published a cowboy story book once (usin a local copy office) and raised a little bit for the fight against cancer. Sold a dozen copys to friends at $20 each. They had 36 stories in it. That was a long time ago I have one started with many more called A PLATEFUL OF LOVE but have done nothing wit it for years. It was a collection of holiday writings, cowboy story poems and everyday life.

I love to write. I'm hoping to do one on a cabin in the hills with a sunset background and lake. A quilter made this quilt and sent me the picture (Fabric picture) and I asked if I could credit her and use her picture if I wrote the story. Still thinking on it.

I DID cry while reading this story, but makes one stop and think about how short life really is for each person and the amount of living we need to put into each day on earth.

thanks again for all the encouragement for my writings. I will see if I can find the REBELLION OF THE THUMBTACK. It was written a long time ago.

Hugs to all
