Depends on the caterpillar.

If you do butterfly or specific moth gardening seeing them makes your heart go pitter patter.

The fuzzy brown ones are moths and they feed on grass. They aren't bad moths, but their food source is grass.

I had heard the roach thing about hawaii but didn't know if it was true. What are the "B-52's". Besides a singing group, LOL.

They're a big, brown cockroach that are usually about 2.5 inches long and fly straight at you! Absolutely hate those suckers!

Not sure if they are that big in La or MS but yeah, had flying roaches there as well.

EWWWWWWWWWWW

but prefer those to the german cockroaches.

Do you have a friend with chickens or ducks? Go borrow them and let then loose. Your yard will be clean in no time and the toads will eat those crickets go get a couple buffos from the pet store and make a little house for them and let them live in the yard....

We don't have cockroaches, just these:

They really are 6 inches from tip of stinger to the head.

Also have Geckos around our house - one got in and is living in my stash closet.

We had a good rain this week so little froggies are everywhere outside . We live in teh country so at night, you can go out and sit and listen. It is so neat to hear all kinds of sounds. My grown kids like to sit out and listen when they visit. If they don't bite, I like them, if they bite, stomp on them. LOL.

Oops, a bug on my nose....
