Let me know.

i sent you a pm regarding the list of names!

Thank you for the list of names you sent me.

As of now there are 65 people, thank you for the offer of sending me the sheet so we could do %. However do you have any clue as to how long it would take with that many people to do it all????? That would be a full time job and I hate to tell you this but I DON"T GET PAID for doing this. As I have said in all the past months this is for fun I am not going to make it more work for me.

You can say you weighed 75kgs this morning which I haven't the faintest idea of how much that is but come the end of the month you will have to PM with the pounds lost not kgs.

Have fun and while I was kissing the chocolate goodbye I would make sure it was a very long kiss so that it melted on my lips and I could lick it.

I didn't sign up for October because I just have so much going on this month. I have a trip next week to Oregon, then a trip to California a couple weeks after that and then one to Nevada after that. So I will be peeking in from time to time while I try to eat healthier away from home. But last weeks trip to Maui showed me how difficult that is to do. Maybe if things settle down in November I will sign up again.

I have started Oct. on a bad note but I was so proud of myself that I treated myself today along with DH and little man to a fried catfish buffet. I had fish, hushpuppies, white beans, green salad with ranch dressing and a baked potato with sour cream and butter. It was so good. Then I went to wm and they were handing out samples of willy wonka chocolates so I had one but it was dark chocolate. Here it is 4 hours later and I am still stuffed. I haven't eaten that way in over a month. I know shame on me.:-) :-)
