Hey trupeach, should I start another thread or use this one for post pics of quilt blocks for our fat quilt? :)

South Beach Diet is a good guideline to use. It is healthy and has very useful information. Good luck.

Now that you mentioned it yes. I hit the platue and figured it will take a few weeks to lose again. Today when I was standing at the bathroom sink I noticed in the mirror I don't look 8 months pregnant anymore I look about 5.

Thats funny that you mentioned that - If I can lose another 20 pounds I will be back to what I was before my babies that are in their 30's now.

I don't know how to post pic so I won't be doing any pic. I was thinking a puff quilt would be cute since it is all fat and puffy like me. hehehe I don't think anyone would post a pic of a simple block like that they would wait and post the finished quilt.

If you post pic here then next month we would have to tell the players about it and it would continue on that thread. I like our recipe's posted here because I don't think too many people go to the recipe section. As for pic of fat quilts...............it would be nice to have them here and we could see how much people are losing by the amount of bocks they pic. However on the other hand the rest of the board won't see them if they are pictured here. So it is up to you people, do you want them here or a new thread. I don't know which is the best way to go.

just a thought, it might be fun to make the blocks for the month out of the themed fabric then it would be a record of how many lbs you lost each month.
