I am under 200 pounds, probably the first time in over 12 years! Only 13 more pounds and I will only be overweight and no longer obese!

I took a dress in to be altered today. I gave most of my clothes to charity. But this one was very expensive and I really liked it.

I will be sending out August's and September's FQ on Saturday. I finally got my back pay and can now afford the postage. I had a pay cut, a month without pay, then they shorted me 1,700 on my pay check. Life was a bit tight.

I haven't done any workouts this week. My cycle has been bad and my back and hip are killing me because of it. Did extreme house cleaning the other day and paid for it.

I hope everyone else has a great weight loss week.

I was a bad girl tonight, and I'm not sorry! We went to Outback for dinner tonight for our 24th anniversary, I love that place. It is so nice to go somewhere that "gets" the meaning of gluten free, plus the food is so delish. I only ate half of my dinner, the rest will be lunch one day this week. They now have sample size desserts! So I even ordered the Thunder Down Under, yummy! So I guess I wasn't completely bad, but considering I haven't lost a pound this month . . .

HI all...Haven't been here for some time. I haven't gained nor have I lost so far this month. It is so nice to read about all your fantastic losses, I will try harder to do good. Yes I have been a slacker haven't walked like I should and have not been real good about what I eat or how much. So back to basics. It's getting real late so I need to hit the old pillow so I can do better tomorrow.

Congratulations! This is terrific! Hope you have a photo of yourself in that dress, BEFORE. Now you can take a photo of yourself in it, AFTER. Keep up the good work!

Extreme house cleaning sounds like a workout to me! Don't forget to give yourself credit where credit is due~!~

I am happy for all of you that have lost this week.......way to go.......!!!!!!!!

For me a week of not feeling well and no weight lost. I have been the same give or take a lb or 2 since April......sigh............ maybe I should give up, count my blessings that I lost 20 some odd pounds and call it a day. I am under 200. I eat health and I am eating enough I just can't lose. I have tired everything.

Don't give up! It sounds like you're on a platue. Just hang in there. You need to 'Stop, Drop and Stroll'. Someone told me that last week and I swear I've caught myself going to eat something I shouldn't a couple of times and put it down and gone for a walk instead. That usually all it takes. By the time I come back, I've forgotten all about it. You CAN do this!!
