I lost 4.5 lbs for September and I'm hoping to lose a little more for October. If I keep losing 5 lbs a month I'll lose 60 lbs in a year! I think that's pretty awesome. :) Good luck this month everyone and welcome to all the new people!

Christina, thank you! What a great way to look at weight loss and a terrific incentive! If I lose 60 lbs in the next year, I'll be at my target weight by next fall. Woo Hoo!!!

Looks like another great group of "losers" Good Luck to all and a big thank you to all for the support we get here. I only lost 1 pound in Sept. so I need to do better this month. I still have 15 pounds to lose to make my doctor happy. The first 35 pounds came off much easier than this last 15 is.
Hugs, Gail

Yaaaaaaayyyy! Count me in for October.

I just signed up last month for the Weight Watchers challenge to lose 30 lbs between Labor Day and New years day. I lost a little more than 10 lbs in September so I am right on track.

I have a special incentive with you folks though-- less fat on my hind quarters PLUS the bonus of lots of holiday Fat Quarters if I win! Woohoo!
