I lost 4.5 lbs in October. Will be sending a pretty FQ to nanny.

I'm so glad to be losing weight and thinking about all that I GAIN as I lose: better health, increased years on my life, better self-control, more self-respect, more self-confidence. Yes. I CAN!

Thank you to those who have sent me fat quarters :) I really appreciate it. I'm planning to use them with blocks from the winter block swap to finish up my winter quilt :)
