Periods and commas always go inside the quotation marks. The rules for other punctuation are not so simple.

As anyone that has read any of my posts I put them where I think they should go. I bet they are never in right place,but oh well

I can't stand people bungling its and it's - "it's" very easy - it's = it is. Period. End of discussion. If you wouldn't put "it is" in the sentence , don't put in "it's".
Remember punctuation saves lives. There's a big difference between "Let's eat, Grandma" and "Let's eat Grandma" |
