Which project did you get excited about but then never finished?

I waited and waited to do an OBW until I could afford good fabric. Well, I bought the good fabric (even had to run back to the store across town to get more), cut out all the triangles, put together most of the hexagons, put them up on the design wall and marveled at the different designs that appeared. Haven't done a thing since. I don't know why. It looks great. I just don't have any desire to finish it. Maybe because once the mystery of what the hexagons would look like has been revealed, it's no fun anymore?

Hilary - I like that name - ongoing projects sure does soundmuch better than UFOs. Althought, aleins might help finished some of mine if they want to do some quilting?!
As far as the question: I approach just about every quilt with total happiness. Then some have become toooooo ongoing. Sad, I am trying to get those done tho.
