Since your doll isn't likely to have pajamas there's a tweak for this week's challenge.

You can use either the clothes your model is currently wearing OR a 10″ x 10″ square of fabric similar to your own pajamas. On top of that, you can use a handkerchief worth of white cotton or cotton-ploy blend fabric. The standard woman’s handkerchief is 10″ x 10″. You can manipulate the fabric anyway you want with dye, fabric paint, etc… You can also add things like buttons, velcro, and trims.

    Make it work!

Time Limit – 18 hours (spend no more than that amount of time working on your design)

Runway Day – Thursday, August 4th

You can post in progress work photos but save the big reveal for Thursday!

Make sure you post in this topic!

Any of the fashion dolls will work. Barbie, Moxie dolls, Liv Dolls, and Bratz dolls will all work. American Girl dolls not so much because they have a little girl style body instead of a teen or adult style body.

Yup. If you wear sweats to bed try and find a similar fabric. If you wear a t-shirt you can use a piece of an old t-shirt or a piece of t-shirt knit fabric.

I wear cotton nightgowns so I'll find a piece of cotton fabric that looks similar to one of my nightgowns.

My first challenge dress! It turned out okay. It has some "fit issues" as they say but my 15 year old granddaughter said "I'd totally wear that."
