I saw Misty Doan's YouTube video on this purse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEyFd57tFI4
and decided to try it since my leather purse strap hardware recently broke.
I ordered the supplies and it was very doable, though a bit awkward under the needle sometimes. Hope you like it.
It should be easy to clean and hard wearing. I plan to take it to Hawaii on our trip in July to celebrate our 50th.

I have several of Harvey's Seat Belt bags. I didn't bother making one. For the money they charge or these bags and the guarantees that come with them, I just bought. Harvey's will clean and repair for free.
