Clairol's Perfect 10 works pretty good...and does it in 10 minutes instead of 30-45.

I've sure been thinking about letting it go...

Let be pround of those gray hairs. I tell everyone that each hairs represents a good time in my life. I had vey dark hair and premature gray was inheritated from my dad. At least you still have hair.

I have used several brand names out on the market. I prefer the Loreal brands. Even tho they are more expensive than most other brands. This is one place I will splurge on myself. I don't pay salon prices for my hair coloring but I will use the more expensive market brand names, still cheaper than the salon costs and leaves my hair softer than before dying it. Loreal has the best conditioner with their dye kits. Just make sure to leave the conditioner on for several minutes. The directions say to leave it on for two minutes. I leave it on for at least 10 minutes. I have had many compliments over the years that my hair looks natural not dyed.

How much gray do you have? I began to get gray hairs just around my temples in my 30's. My hairdresser was able to "highlight" the areas so I still kept my natural color.

I hate to admit in my 40's, I have no idea what my natural color is...my hairdresser plays around with it.

In the past, I have used the L'Oreal hair colors--all red and all brunette. They were easy to use and did a good job covering. I think blonde hair must be the hardest to color. I am a brunette and have lots of leeway in my choices.

Whenever I color my hair myself I go to sally's..I've been told Wella is the best to use and I love it! :)

Only my hair dresser knows. I get tired of a color and she vamps it up or down a little, depending on the season. I've been going to her for almost 20 years and I trust her.

I have used this brand in the past. But now I am embracing my greyness. Mainly cause its in a cool spot, mostly in a 1 1/2 inch wide strip on the left side of my head. Very Bride of Frankensteinish....LOL

I go to my salon and let them do it. I have grey streaks on each side in front. I also have grandchildren who know who Cruella DeVille is so I get them colored regularly. I have it done as close to my natural color as I can.
