You still have crocheted flower pot baskets/holders from the 70's hanging in your home? Never had one

Who still uses an old-fashioned top-loading washing machine? Yes, Bosch makes a supersonic one now & I love it
How many here still iron/press clothing (aside from fabric when quilting/sewing)? Yes, white mens shirts for church

I spent my money on school clothes for myself and my little sister. My brothers didn't care if they had new clothes or not........lol
My little sister and I made a day of it every couple of months shopping and lunch. Plus I saved a lot of it for a rainy day as my parents would say.
