quick computer question

If it's not the cords: my modem also has a reset hole in the back. Turn off everything, and press in the reset button for 15-20 seconds, then reboot. I have to use a pencil or something small.

The bottom line is the modem had to be replaced....now I'm logging on and staying on yeah!!!!! Can't tell ya how frustrating it was. Thanks for all the help and NO I didn't replace it myself...not that brave. :lol:
