Default Radio with push button tuning...

...for my kitchen. If they can make them for the car, why not for the house?
Dialing to other stations is a pain, takes minutes to find other ones. I just want to be able to push a button and be at another station!
Of course for me it must be as inexpensive as possible and does not need a CD player with it.
Thanks for any help you can give me!

yes, there are many tutes on adapting a car radio, but I don't have an electricians degree or knowledge! I've searched for boomboxes too, but they cost a bunch! Nan, I will let you know if I find anything.

The only one I can think of is the Bose Wave radio- but they are pricey.

I stream music from Pandora through my Alexa in my sewing room. Completely hands-free, I just have to boss Alexa around when I want to skip to a new track or listen to a different station. Love it! Alexa also runs several smart plugs in my sewing room, so I can turn things on and off from across the house if I want to. "Alexa! Turn off the iron!" And she just says, "Ok" and the iron goes off.

    Love, love, love my Alexa.

I have been looking for this type of radio for a long time now. They used to make them years ago & thought I could find one in a thrift store, but so far I have not.

My husband has this set up in his shop:

    https://www.bestbuy.com/site/siriusxm-stratus-7-satellite-radio-with-powerconnect-vehicle-kit-black/1489733.p?skuId=1489733

    and this:

    https://www.bestbuy.com/site/siriusx...?skuId=7430022

You will need a subscription to Sirius Radio. We have 3 radios on our account which comes to 49 dollars a month.

Not push button, but the dial looks good to me:

I think push buttons require you to manually save the stations you want, and I'm thinking then the radio probably needs to be digital. Not sure, though.

This one has 5 buttons you can set for favorite stations:

This one has 10 buttons you can set:

We have a Boze, well worth the money. It is at least 15 years or more. It has a very good sound, doesn't play CDs, that is how old it is. We only listen to one station.
