I have also read The Shack - and loved it so much that I gave it to all my children <4> to read. 3 of them have. I also loved 'Have A Little Faith' by Mitch Albom <he also wrote Mornings With Morrie and The 7 People You Meet In Heaven>.

And I just finished 'The Greatest Miracle In The World' by Og Mandino - absolutely loved it. It's a quick read too.

Moomoo, you might light Charlaine Harris. She has two series based around vampires.

Just finished reading 'South of Broad' by Pat Conroy and 'The Lovely Bones' by Alice Sebold. Both very different but both very good. I enjoy books of all different kinds, depends on what mood I am in. Like Mary Alice Munroe and Dorothea Benton Frank also.

Love the Elm Creek series, just picked up The Quilters Holiday from the library yesterday-its the last one on the list for me. I have been so addicted-can't wait for her to write more.
