Would any of you kind hearted quilters be willing to send postcards from your area? I told him Id ask the quilters here and he got very excited.

If you would send me a message, Id gladly give the mailing address.

Im so blessed to call him my grandson, but we are much closer than that...and I love to see him get excited about things and postcards bring him such joy.

    Thank you for considering!
Postcards should be coming in..............is he excited ??

    Hi,
Just to let you know a postcard will be on its way from England, UK tomorrow morning - may take a few days.
The card is from Yateley in Hampshire - about an hour south of London and shows the local village public house - The Dog and Partridge and St Peter's Church. I thought John might like drawing them. Very happy to help.

They are coming in! He's with his dad right now but will be back tomorrow and we'll try to get a picture of him with his new bounty of pc's. He's going to flip!!!

Thank you, he really has no idea we are getting about 300+!

We'll get a map tomorrow and see if we can mark off the places they come from, I think he'd enjoy doing that too.
