You use a nail type holder to make the roses. turning it in your hand. I viewed them on utube a gazzion times to see how they made them. They make it look so easy.

Have never posted before but wanted to say Good Job! I made wedding cakes for over 30 years and taught cake decorating for over 25 years. Keep up the good work.
