Sorry to hear about your accident. Maybe I need to reconsider my opinion of the klutz glove.

I did the SAME thing a few years ago. Sorry this happened to you. 8( I was hurrying, trying to get some fabric cut before my kids got up. 8/ I'm now the most careful rotary cutter. (((hugs)))

Hugs to you! Thanks for sharing this will all of us - good reminder - I can get very careless sometimes and am fortunate I haven't done the same thing. Trusting for a complete and rapid healing for you. :)

Thanks for posting. It serves as a reminder to all of us to never let up our vigilance. It is SO easy to slip, and you have helped us all be more careful.

yep been there. it was my thumb though. you may have to get one of those metal finger guards to wear over your finger for awhile. if you cut nerves, it takes awhile for them not to be tender. I think we all learn to be more careful the hard way!

((hugs)) I hope your finger heals quickly. I've had close calls with cutting my fingers. Those blades are very sharp!

I sliced a big piece off the side of my index finger once. When I saw it laying there it took a second to realize what had happened before the bleeding started. Then I was trying to keep from getting it on the fabric!
I am very careful about where I put my fingers now!
I hope you feel better soon!! :D :D
