Fiddler on the Roof is one of the most emotional movies I've ever seen. I laugh, then cry, then laugh and cry. What a roller coaster! I think these are very good for emotional health - like everything else, if you don't use it, you lose it.

Did you know that tears have different chemical composition between happy tears and sad tears?
One of the best crying movies you can find is "All Mine To Give." with Cameron Mitchell and Glynnis Johns. First saw this when my dd was just a newborn. Was sitting in the living room nursing her when it came on and cried through an entire box of tissues by the end - Just a good old movie but be forewarned that it is a tearjerker.

"Amish Grace"....every time that movie made me cry, I thought it couldn't get sadder, then it did...I cried through the entire move. It's based on the true story of the Amish children that were shot and killed in the schoolhouse in PA. a couple of years ago. I learned a lot about the Amish system of beliefs, and the lesson about forgiving is one we could all learn from.
