For anyone who happens to be in Toronto, there is a sale of designer fabric at the Canadian Textile Museum. They've closed for today (Friday) but they're open again tomorrow from 11-3.

I was there this afternoon and there didn't seem to be any cotton but there was yards and yards and samples and many other kinds of fabric. I came away with the equivalent to about a grocery bag full for about 19$.

This isn't strictly related to quilting but if you're interested in inexpensive beautiful fabric, it would be a good place to check out.
