they are closed all over Colorado. My husband laughs because when he was young and lived in Wyoming, he always got to school, snow, rain, etc. Didn't matter.

The schools in North Texas are closed due to ice and snow. Even the Dallas ISD and they seldom close.

All school closed within 60-100 miles form Kansas City, MO. I'm loving it, but I don't want to have to make it up come June.

Wichita is 90% or better shut down. Only essential services open. Thank goodness no ice. Perhaps we won't lose power.

Yes, what a nice surprise this morning when Elmira City closed for the day. And from the forecast, may be off tomorrow as well! That will leave us with only one more 'snow day' as we had to use one for the day when it was -18 degrees a couple of weeks ago.

My part of Ny, some are closing early others closed this morning. Tomorrow they most likely will remain closed.

Just talked to DD at Purdue...she said there are no classes, after all. I was glad. I did not ask her what she is doing today....I remember all too well what I did when I was a student there and classes were cancelled during the Blizzard of '78. Didn't want to give her any ideas! LOL
