you know what they say about dry heat? it's true! while it is still hot, it's not as hot as humid heat at the same degrees. yes, it was hot. and yes, i was not there for 78 days of it. big difference! after the weather here it felt like a warm homecoming! i do remember when breathing broke a sweat. and i'd go back to it in an instant!

This will be my last post until I get back from my vacation. I hope all who have health problems will find good solutions and start feeling much better. Stay healthy. Eat healthy. I'll check in when I get back and let you know how I did food wise on my vacation.

Okay I'm in again for September. This summer has been hard, long, boring, hot and everything else. Time to start again. Hubby had surgery and is doing okay and doesn't go back to doctor until Dec. 1. I want to be at least 10 pounds lighter by then. Please keep the support coming on this board.
