How exciting!!!! Congratulations. Hope you travel along with us and keep us updated.

Hang around with us anyway and you won't miss next month's thread. We are a wonderful bunch. (of nuts)

Every 10#? Can you renegotiate? lol

(I've never bought a jelly roll - how much are they?)

I feel my drugs kickin in - hope I don't say too many stupid things. Gonna walk in the morning. I think it sounds fun to pick a destination. Since I am training to walk a half marathon, I have a schedule to adhere to.

My weight has plateaued and I am not sleeping well at night again. I'm not in pain, well, not that kind of pain. I think stress is creeping in. TONS to do and I am freaking out a bit. Now my son has gotten me involved in Project Graduation. Today was not one of my better days, but I decided before school started that I was going to enjoy each & every day because this year will be over as fast as the last one!

And then we are moving. Story for another time.

    Good night.

I drove to Birmingham last week just to go to Joann's.

We have 116 days left in 2011. Each of us should set the "mileage" they want to walk daily. Let's say, for example, I want to walk 2 miles a day.

Next step. Multiply by 2 x 116 and I get 232. Now the fun part, go to your map, find your location, and pick 232 (or your number) miles away, for me that is Birmingham, AL!

I am walking to Birmingham! Pick your location and let's start walking!

Clear as mud? Where are you walking???
You will be walking right past my house. Stop by for a glass of tea or a bottle of water. I know you'll be needing a potty break too.

    HI all
Weighed in today, down just over a pound so happy for that. Ate at Panda Express for lunch did pretty good. Had a small sandwich for dinner with cottage cheese and pineapple.
I did my walk for 30 min and went 2 miles. Did it early so not to hot.
gaevren, congrats and hang with us so we can stay in touch with you.
I have been keeping Texas in my prayers and will continue. Bless all who are effected by the fires. We had a small fire that closed down the Interstate 15 here and the smoke was blowing right at us so I can't imagine how awful having that smoke and ash for days on end is
I like the idea of walking someplace so many miles away I'll have to find a fun destination. Time for bed, need to get up early to drive to the car dealer about 40 min away. That means that I won't have any time to quilt ( small tear down face)
    Hugs to all
    Gail
