Five here is more than I have lost in a long time, so I'll take it. If you get technical, two were leftover from the insect bite reaction, but, hey, I'll take it.
Thinking about Cindy. The first couple of days after surgery are not fun. When the nurses come in and say I have to get up, my reaction has been, "You've got to be kidding!" Wishing her the easiest possible time.

wow, i really thought i had a chance this month ! congrats marscrafter for losing more than me! can't wait to see who wins! good effort from everyone, and october will be even better if we want it! do you want it? do you really want it?

Katvert is the winner with a loss of 13 pounds!
We had reported losses that totaled 75+ pounds for this month!
We are doing great!
Please PM Katvert for her snail mail addy and send her skinny quarter of red/green but not Christmas fabrics. They can be red or green or a combination of them.
