Default BE Sew Happy Quilting.....Possible scam?

On March 3rd I ordered fabric online from a company called BE Sew Happy Quilting. They sent an email saying that my ordered had been received but when I check my account the order has not been processed. I have emailed twice but have not received any answers as to when it will be sent. I don't know at this point if my card has been charged yet. Has anyone ever ordered from this company, if so were you happy with the service?

Just checked their website and it appears to be down for maintenance. Their facebook page has interesting posts that you might want to look at.

is there any phone number for them? some companies are good and don't process it to your credit card until the order is filled and to be shipped. so not seeing it shouldn't worry you too much. I've not heard of this company.

I will say, if you don't hear from them you could go ahead and dispute the charge when it hits your credit card. sorry this happened. good luck.

You could contact the city hall in Franklin TN where the shop address is, and ask for information regarding the company. They would know who owns the company and any info regarding the status of the company. They have an invested interest in all businesses within Franklin.

Online the phone number for Be Sew Happy Quilt Shop is listed as (615) 830-6039.

You may also call the # on the back of your credit card & talk to them. They will tell you if there was a charge, if so, tell them your story & they will investigate. Also, if not, you may ask them to block charges from that 'store'. Good luck!

I ordered from them a couple months ago and I never received the order. I emailed and no answer. So far no charge on my card. I ordered from them because they had what I wanted or so it seemed. However, I found another place to order and I have received the order and have the project partially done.

Call your credit card company and alert them that you have a problem.
