Sewing a Cat / Kitten Toy Question Please
#11
A zillion years ago I made strawberry ornaments for our tree. Well, I don't know what it is about them but all the cats we've ever had have been obsessed with them! They don't have catnip or anything in them, they are small and stuffed. Maybe the red fabric? I don't know if they even differentiate colors. I'll need to make more as they've either lost or destroyed most of them lol.

cats can see different colors. my cat also likes boxes. she has 2 of the post office boxes. i guess medium sized.
she moves them around and sits on or in them. when she stands on one, she can get to the sideboard and sit on the monitor for the phone and tv. Boxes are great.
also, for Christmas, i got her 3 mice that you fill with treats. they are used for pouncing and attacking, normal cat activities. I haven't used them yet, but they look like fun.
Also, TJMaxx had some great dog toys, but my kitty mastered them in a few minutes. it has doors to open, and slide and pull on. Fun, but she mastered them in a few minutes. Now she wants it every night.
