My previous post about my sister coming up to sew
    http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-142933-1.htm

That weekend has now come and gone already ! So sad. We had a great time, even though her machine was acting up because the bobbin case must have gotten jarred around during her flight (she even carried it on). So we ate an entire bag of M&M's, shopped and sewed. We had a great time shopping, laughing, eating, shopping, looking at patterns during our morning coffees, and did I mention shopping?

Lots of pictures posted on my blog......
I've posted a pic here of her, the ever so important bowl of chocolate and my project.

    The important stuff

Denise hard at work (please note slippers!)

My project so far, still needs borders, etc

This post covers a lot of my favorite things. (Hopefully fun) time with sister, comfy footwear, Autumn. . .

I'm glad you had fun - and chocolate - and I agree, it's a bummer when it's over and usually not long enough!

Glad you had fun - love your project with the pumpkin and leaves! My youngest sister shares a love of quilting with me (actually my husband says she created the monster I am - lol)and we have so much fun sharing - patterns, fabric, shopping, chocolate, etc. Trying to get the other sister involved but so far she is resisting. Best times are shared with sisters!
