    Here are the pictures of the fabric I bought. Geez, Marcia got me in so much trouble :D :roll: I too truly enjoyed meeting up with her for shopping and lunch. Can't wait to do it again. Her daughter is just as sweet and she can be and her granddaughter is just precious.
    The more we talked the more we found out some of all the same areas we had both been to although not all at the same time.

    I picked these up to make pot holders with

    These are for mhy friend who lost a sister to breast cancer. I am going to make a quilt from the one with words, the brown & pink is a birthday present for her.

    Here are more photos of my fabric buying spree............these are for me to make my dolphin quit with some day.

    OH and best of all all of these fabrics except the fat quarter batiks were on sale 50% off so they were only $4-5 a yard. I just love a sale!!!!!!!!!!!

    How cool that you got to enjoy the day together! I wish I had a ton of time to just travel around and meet everybody!! You do look a lot alike and its just too funny that you have so much in common, although its really not all that surprizing..of course you both love quilting!

    CQ...I love your fabrics! I may just have to come visit you and take some "samples" :lol:

    What a fun day!! And, what a great group of fabrics to remember the occassion with!! There's nothing better then a quilting fix and a good friend to share in the moments too!! What a great day, I am sure of it!! Skeat

    What a GRAND day .. and of course its not your fault you had to buy all that pretty fabric, when fabric talks to you , you have to listen ! Glad it was usch a good time
