    My DH is all into serious bodybuilding and he did 250lbs four times without a spotter the other week. I couldn't watch, because if something had happened, there would be no way I could have helped him!

    But... Don't take that as a challenge!! I would hate for you to hurt yourself! DH has been training for about six months now.

    I get it .. start with gallon milk cartons, do it for a week. 2nd week; half full, 3rd week fill them...etc. Not to worry.

    Great! Thanks for reminding me I need to go to the gym today. And I just got a quilt sandwich ready to quilt. And it's raining and nasty outside. Spring is gone from Missouri.
