No smoking in restaurants in Oklahoma. I still have the habit of requesting no smoking when I go to a restaurant. I love it - makes the food taste better!

In Oregon you can smoke at home, in your car, or outside. No where else.

Banned in Missouri!! Hip Hip Hurray!! Some cities here are talking about no smoking at all.. Our largest hospital does not allow smoking anywhere on their property, so you see folks running across the street to the park near by. In winter that can be pretty miserable.

It is also banned in Oregon, Arizona and California but in Nevada if you are at an Indian-run casino you can smoke in the restaurants.
