It is banned in any indoor area in Ontario as well. I love it! I used to hate coming home from a night out and having to have a shower before you could go to bed!

Similar way here in New Mexico - you can still smoke in bars (if their only business is a bar, not like a bar & grill) and, get this, CASINOS!!!!
No smoking in restaurants OR bars in Colorado--and no smoking in most of the casinos! One casino calls itself a "cigar bar" so it got an exemption. One city near Denver wants to ban smoking outside! I don't know if that proposal will ever pass.

Banned here, some cities are banning smoking outdoors in the CBD as well. no smoking in cars with children. should be no smoking in cars full stop. I cannot car pool because of my asthma. Even if they stop for smokos it comes into the car. I was a mainly social smoker long time ago and appreciate that it is hard to give it up. Herbal teas helped. I stopped drinking all the coffee 10 plus cups a day and it helped as well.
Will never smoke again I prefer to spend my money on materials.
Although when I smell a good rolly tobacco a fleeting wisp of I want comes into my brain then goes just as quickly. So I will never be out of danger... lol.

Banned here in Washington. Wish they would ban it at least a mile from the doors of stores. Sometimes like walking through fog to get inside the store. Walmarts have those cone shape containers about 20 feet from the entrance and those things always have wisps of smoke coming from them, stinks to high heaven. Total yuck!!! My husband and I never smoked and we stuff up being near smokers. Allergic. I feel sorry for little kids of smokers.

Minnesota is smoke free in all public places. The city that I live in also bans smoking on some public streets and smokers have to be 25 feet from the door.
