Thanks anyway but I have enough here. We don't have nearly as much as you do but we're having 20-30mph winds with gusts of over 50mph. White outs with a layer of ice under the snow---extremely hazardous driving conditions when you get outside of town and there's nothing but flat fields for miles and miles. Nothing to stop the wind at all. White outs here get so bad that you can't see the hood of your car let alone the road, ditch, pole or other cars in front of you. Good time to stay home and quilt.

It's here now and coming down hard. It's windy but tomorrow is the really windy day. Did the usual "run to the store" this morning... bought coffee and goodies, which I really don't need. What is it about snow, a wood fire and coffee that requires goodies?? Sometimes I love this isolated feeling, peaceful and snug. No unexpected company so I can concentrate on quilting.
