Farting and grunting? Sounds like the boys' dorm!

Get a boston! I am currently owned by three and they are such a great loving breed. They are very intelligent and can be huge snuggle bugs. They can be gassy and that a lot of time is based on their noses and how wide their nostrils are. The smaller the opening the more gassy they will be as they tend to suck in more air while eating because they have to continue to breath. They are great with my daughter and very tolerant. They do not bark at all unless someone comes to the door or they hear something out of place. I Know you will love one! Here are my three :-)

My oldest sister had one, Cricket, what a great dog..and we had Sassy..one of Cricket's pups. She also was a wonderful dog. Both were very healthy til the end (Sass was 14). Gassy is putting it mildly for sure..Sass was a fart machine..and she snored to high heaven too   She seemed to have some herding instinct in her..we had a few sheep and ducks she would chase into the barn! Both dogs were wonderful with kids from infants on up..so good in fact, my sister would have the dog in the Olan Mills portraits with them and at least once Cricket got her very own picture sitting it the little wicker rocker!! Oh what memories. Get one..you won't be disappointed :)

I have a boston named Tawny. She is a little small, about 12 pounds. But, full of personality! She is a favorite at our dog park and even in the Boston Terrier meet-up group. She loves everybody and NEVER runs out of kisses. She can be a little gassy, but tolerable. She snores when she sleeps on her back. She also has some kind of allergy that we have to keep an eye on. She goes back to the vet in a couple weeks. But, I wouldn't trade her for anything.

when we brought her home-sorry it's a little fuzzy
