Taking my DD prom dress shopping on Sat. I really dislike shopping with her because it takes hours for her to pick out anything. When she does finally picks something out it will be the first thing she looked at, drives me crash but I love her so I will endure and take all my patience with me. :-)

Well lets see. I am going to sleep in until at least 6 am hopefully. Get up take a shower, sit down in front of my computer to read the QB, check my email and maybe read some news and I'll look around and think to myself "wish I had a maid." And then realize 'I AM THE MAID'.
I hope to look through some patterns that I have and find a simple one to make. I want to get some brown fabrics and coordinating tans and make a quilt out of them, but for right now I can only look at the online shops fabrics.
Then I hope to finish the fabshophop. And all of this before noontime.
Then maybe I can finish a quilt top I am doing out of my laundry room find.
    So not really too much.

Going to church supper with friends (their church) and having a fish back, tonight. Tomorrow night we are going to same church for a fund raiser casino night for our local group that supports special needs adults. Shopping in there somewhere at LQS. Sun is out here so we all want to be outside even if we can't garden (smile). I wish a wonderful weekend to everyone.

My DH is asembling my new Gracie Quilting frame that came with my new Tin Lizzie he got me at the Sew Expo in Puyallup So my small sewing area (10ft x 14 ft. it has a pic. window on one wall and doors on two others ) is really torn up trying to make room for it need to really reorganize and sort everything out. Haven't done that for a couple of years. Just started to quilt in the past year' but still have other fabric intrest. As I moved out boxes found a Simplicty Pattern I made for my 38 yr old daughter when she was in first grade, (only cost me $1.89 at the time)It was in the bottom of a box that had my apolstery hamer, some tacks, snaps for a western shirt, and some other odds and ends. Stoped looking for that hamer about 4 years ago! LOL I Should have taken a before photo! Have stoped opening boxes. Will look as I move them back in when I don't have DH looking over my shoulder very nicely saying I thought you lost that, or where did that come from, or the best one, I didn't know you had one of those! I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD ONE OF THOSE! LOL

Sat am going to the Farmer's Mkt to see what goodies I can find. They always have yummy tomatoes, spinach, and lately broccoli. Then my LQS has moved and opened a new shop in the same center where the Farmer's Mkt is, so I'll be stopping in there to check out their new store. Then home to do some gardening, and quilting.

Saturday serving at "Someone Cares" soup kitchen all morning.
Sunday walking (1 mile) and singing in choir at church. I usually hitch a ride home, then pass on to that friend a couple bags of partially done charity sewing that three of us each do part.

I don't have to work tomorrow, so I'm planning on going to two quilt shops. Of course just to look. Hah LOL Then finishing borders on a quilt so I can get it to the LAQ.
