I have a wonderful bicycle in front of tv in family room. I need to use that more often. We have a boflex in the basement in the little bedroom. Used it once I think. We have a WII fit, and WII zumba, and Just dance one and two, but family members can see me when I use them, because in family room. I am so glad Thanksgiving is done. I am going to start using everything again, starting today after work. LOL

We have ours in the family room near the television. It helps keep the work out from becoming boring.

We have a windowless room in the basement with various weight machines, free weights, a stationary bike, and a treadmill. Have you thought about getting an inexpensive tv and putting it down there? If you hook it up to a cheap dvr player can workout while watching. I just put my ipod on and walk/run for half an hour. It's great as a stress reliever and far cheaper then health problems

Very, very boring here. I keep my walking shoes, next to my chair in case I have to walk (actually I try to get in five miles a day), my three pound weights are on one of my cabinets where I do my sewing, my stair stepper is actually 12 steps from the kitchen to the basement (at least 50 eleven times a day), not to mention the 13 steps out front from the front door to the sidewalk and I do my aerobic exercises, by reaching for the dishes, bending to pick up the papers, very cheap, very simple and very doable and it does work (besides which all the equipment would never fit in our little home. A 7 minute walk away at the gym. And my husband and my Dr make sure I get there often.

My treadmill is in my sewing/computer room. I am on it very frequently. I also go to the gym for 30-60/day at least 5 days/week
