    oh I agree, and I so injoyed my freinds horse when I was a little girl, but after looseing my chihuahuas I wont get another animal.

    I think with all our autos we have lost the true meaning of "horse power" ...... most we have around here are cow patties :D

    I am busy enough with my seven pets and cockatiel, besides working and quilting and housework. I wouldn't have time to care for a horse, plus I'm getting lazy. My 4 WD truck runs just fine and gets me everywhere I want to go. A horse would get pretty tired going up some of the hills we have around here.

    The one I like best is this one:
    Give everyone over 50 a million dollars, with stipulations.
    1. They have to retire. Opens up the job market for everyone.
    2. Buy a new American made car. Takes care of the car industry.
    3. Pay off or buy a new home. No housing problem or some such thing, or did that take care of the banking industry.
    I am not sure if there was anymore to it than that, but so far it looks good.
