I never was sure that anybody that ran a WM was very smart at all, judging just by seeing the decisions they make in their stores.
Well I did the 12:01 shopping trip to WM, only because I have limited cash for Christmas and I have to get every bang for my buck I can get.
It was the first time I ever saw WM parking lot without any parking spaces at all, wish I had taken my camera. I thought if it the lot is this packed then it must be a mad house and started to go home when a spot came open towards the front of the lot. YAY!!
I go inside and ppl are calm and seem to be enjoying their shopping no pushing or shoving, everyone being courteous.
I have been abducted by aliens and am no longer on earth, right? No!
So here comes the smart part. I start to realize that there are security guards and these guys were everywhere in and out the store. What a great idea to stop the caos or atleast keep it to a minimal.
It was the best black friday shopping trip I have ever done.

sad that stores have to resort to marshal law for the shopping.

Did you get the machine you wanted? Sometimes, no matter how early you get there, whatever you want is gone.

DD decided she didn't want it because she doesn't have room for it, plus there were other things she wanted more then the machine. If I had the room I would have got it for a back up.

I quit going shopping on Black Friday the day a woman took stuff out of my cart because SHE wanted them!!! When I was low on money, I just didn't buy! But this was after kids were gone. I admire anyone that's brave enough to go out there and shop on this day!!!!

I guess the WM in our area needed it not only inside but outside too! A coworker hit her WM this morning at around 5 or 6 AM she said there were cops in the parking lot. Turned out they were responding to a robbery. A customer had just come out with a coveted Flatscreen TV and got jumped in the parking lot and TV stolen. Makes me ill to hear stuff like that.

Remember the WM incident last year or the year before when some people were trampled and there was death? This may be in response to that and the law suits filed around that incident. So don't be too quick to think brains are at WM nowdays.

Sounds like a good trip, I haven't even thought about getting out of my jammies yet. And not sure if i'm going to. Sit back and enjoy those leftovers and do some piecing. I hope everyone has a great day shopping........
